盖板针布对纤维的梳理机理分析
a) 第一阶段:后罩板出口处。纤维进入锡林—盖板梳理区,附在高速转动锡林针布表面的纤维在切向力和法向离心力的作用下迅速向盖板针布抛撒,由于锡林—盖板的空间较大,锡林表面的大部分纤维脱离锡林表面,针齿高度越低、工作角越大,锡林针齿表面的纤维越易向盖板针布抛撒。这时随锡林高速运动的纤维变成了在盖板中的基本静止状态,盖板针布中的空间大量吸收纤维,由于盖板的移动速度较慢锡林后部盖板呈充塞状态。

At this time, the fiber with the high-speed movement of tin forest becomes the basic static state in the cover plate, and the space in the cover plate absorbs a lot of fiber, because the moving speed of the cover plate is slower than that of the rear cover plate of the tin forest.
b) 第二阶段:在盖板分梳区中。当后部盖板充塞到一定程度(根数)并向前移动时,锡林针布针齿抽取在盖板中的有效纤维,并与盖板针布对部分纤维进行相互分梳,进一步完成束纤维的梳解过程。梳解纤维时是两针同时作用于纤维,当两针对纤维控制能力都较大时,纤维内所受的梳理力也较大,易产生短绒。针齿对纤维的控制力与针形、角度、高度、密度和表面粗糙度有关。盖板针布的密度、植针角、工作角、膝高和表面粗糙度都会影响盖板针布对纤维的控制力度。如新针布表面粗糙度值高(尤其采用高密的盖板针布)时,短绒和棉结都会增加、盖板针布对纤维的释放性会降低,造成盖板挂花和充塞,盖板中的有效长纤维会增多。当两针对纤维梳理时控制力不一样时,纤维总是跟随控制力大的运动方向运动(控制力与相对纤维运动的速度有关)。所以当锡林针布锋利度衰退后会影响对纤维的抽取和梳解控制力,同时盖板花会增加,影响梳理。所以要根据单位时间所需纤维的分梳量和纤维的性质,适当控制盖板的针密,不宜一味追求高密盖板。
B) the second stage: in the cover carding area. When the rear cover plate is filled to a certain degree (the number of roots) and moving forward, the needle tooth of the tin forest is used to extract the effective fiber in the cover plate, and then the part of the fiber is combed with the cover needle cloth to further complete the process of combing the beam. When the fibers are combed, the two needles are applied to the fibers at the same time. When the two is aimed at the larger fiber control ability, the combing force in the fibers is also larger, which is easy to produce short fiber. The control force of needle teeth on fibers is related to needle shape, angle, height, density and surface roughness. The density, needle angle, working angle, knee height and surface roughness of the flat clothing will affect the strength of the flat clothing to control the fibers. When the surface roughness of the new needle cloth is high (especially the high density cover plate), both the short and the neps will increase, the release of the fabric will be reduced, the cover plate is hung and filling, and the effective long fiber in the cover will increase. When two of the control force is different from the fiber, the fiber always follows the movement direction of the large control force (the control force is related to the speed of the relative fiber motion). Therefore, when the sharpness of cylinder clothing decreases, it will affect the control of fiber extraction and combing, while the cover plate will increase, affecting the combing. Therefore, according to the amount of fiber needed for the unit time and the nature of the fiber, the needle density of the cover should be properly controlled, and the high density cover should not be pursued blindly.
c) 第三阶段:走出盖板梳理区。盖板针布内的有效长纤维被锡林绝大部分抽取,锡林针布上的长纤维数量明显增多,准备向道夫转移,而盖板针布针隙间和工作角内保留短绒和杂质并被斩刀清除,为下一轮梳理提供清洁状态的盖板。在试验中也发现在生条品质一致的情况下,顺走盖板的盖板花率要远小于倒走盖板的盖板花率,而且顺走的盖板花中的有效长纤维含量也要远少于倒走盖板中的有效长纤维,尤其是化纤类的产品。如在FA221梳棉机上试验纤维素纤维时,顺走盖板花率为0.4%~0.5%,而倒走盖板花率为1.6%~1.7%,并含有大量的长纤维。由此可见盖板运转方向对梳棉的制成率会有很大的影响。
C) the third stage: out of the cover area. The effective long fiber in the cover plate is largely extracted from the tin forest, and the number of long fibers on the tin linen is significantly increased, and it is ready to transfer to the dandff, while the short and impurities in the needle gap and the working angle are retained and removed by the chopper, which provide a clean state cover for the next round. In the experiment, it is also found that under the same quality of the raw strip, the rate of the cover plate on the cover plate is far less than the cover plate rate of the inverted cover plate, and the effective long fiber content in the smooth cover flower is far less than the effective long fiber in the reverse cover plate, especially the chemical fiber product. If cellulose fibers were tested on the FA221 carding machine, the rate of the smooth cover plate was 0.4% ~ 0.5%, while the rate of the inverted cover plate was 1.6% ~ 1.7%, and it contained a large number of long fibers. This shows that the direction of the cover plate will have a great impact on the rate of carding.
